A message from Deepak

In the book, Play to Potential, I explore the word potential in a holistic sense. Very often we use Potential in a work setting but that doesn’t quite capture our potential as a human being across the various identities we carry. I lay out a framework, FLAVOUR, which can provide language for you to take stock of your life and deal with the pulls and pressures and through that find our way to YOUR potential. The book builds on my work as a Coach, insights from the Play to Potential podcast and reflections from my journey.

Down below in this page, you can see the Chapter structure of the book along with some audio inserts that are referenced in the book. These audio clips may not make sense when you listen to them in isolation but they are an extension of the book. Hope you find the multi-media approach of value.

Warm regards,
Deepak
